EAZY’s TERMS OF SERVICE

By using our services (“Services”), you agree to these simple guidelines designed to keep everything smooth, easy, and worry-free.

1. Orders & Payment

a) All orders are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

b) Payment is due upfront when you place your order.

2. Your Customer ID & Trusted Network

a) When you create an account, you get a unique customer ID. This helps us and our trusted partner network to serve you faster and to avoid duplicate accounts.

b) Your information stays private within our network — we never share it outside without your permission.

3. Valuables & Accessories

a) We handle your items with care, but we cannot be responsible for accessories, decorations, or small items left on your garments, like buttons, zippers, beads, buckles, sequins, or ornaments.

4. Garment Care

a) We use the best methods for each garment, based on fabric type and condition.
b) Some fabrics are delicate or prone to fading/shrinkage — for these, we cannot guarantee perfection.

5. Claims & Liability

a) Any claim for lost or damaged items should be made within 24 hours of our delivery to you, via WhatsApp or email.
b) If we are at fault, liability is up to twice the cleaning fee per item, max RM200 per item.

6.Special Instructions & Customer Requests

a) Items cleaned with special instructions, delicate fabrics, or non-standard materials are processed at your risk. We take care, but cannot guarantee against damage.

7. Re-cleaning

a) If something isn’t perfect, let us know at collection and we’ll happily re-clean it for you.

8. Updates to Terms & Pricing

a) We may update our terms or pricing occasionally. Any changes are effective immediately and will apply to future orders.
